1. TERMS & CONDITIONS – Victory Limousines

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided by Victory Limousines (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Bookings

1.1 Bookings may be made online, by phone, email, or SMS.
1.2 A booking is confirmed only once you receive written or electronic confirmation.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
1.4 The client is responsible for ensuring all booking details (pick-up time, address, passenger numbers, luggage requirements) are accurate.


2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 All prices are quoted in AUD and may include GST.
2.2 Prices may vary depending on route, tolls, waiting time, after-hours surcharges, and changes to the original itinerary.
2.3 Payment is due at the time of booking or completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 We may securely store your credit card for future authorised charges.
2.5 Additional fees may apply for:

  • Airport parking

  • Excess luggage

  • Extra kilometres not included in the quoted fare

  • Waiting time (see Section 5)


3. Credit Card Authorisation

3.1 By providing your card details, you authorise Victory Limousines to charge your card for:

  • The agreed fare

  • Tolls and parking fees

  • Waiting time

  • Changes to itinerary

  • After-hours or public holiday surcharges

  • No-show or late-cancellation fees

3.2 Your card details are stored securely via a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider.


4. Arrival Times & Delays

4.1 We make every effort to arrive on time.
4.2 We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • Road closures

  • Accidents

  • Delays caused by third parties

4.3 Clients should allow sufficient travel time, particularly for airport transfers.


5. Waiting Time

5.1 For standard pick-ups: $2 per minute applies after 10 minutes of free waiting time.
5.2 For airport pick-ups: waiting time applies after the vehicle arrives and standard grace period has expired.
5.3 Unreasonable passenger delays may result in additional charges or cancellation.


6. Passenger Behaviour

6.1 Passengers must behave respectfully and follow driver instructions.
6.2 Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
6.3 Alcohol may not be consumed unless permitted under state regulations.
6.4 Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the client.
6.5 Cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or excessive mess.


7. Luggage

7.1 Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage fits safely in the vehicle.
7.2 We are not liable for lost or damaged luggage.
7.3 Excess or oversized luggage must be disclosed during booking.


8. Safety & Refusal of Service

8.1 Drivers may refuse service if a passenger:

  • Is abusive

  • Appears intoxicated

  • Poses a safety risk

  • Requests illegal activity

8.2 No refunds will be provided when a refusal is due to passenger behaviour.


9. Changes to Bookings

9.1 Changes requested within 12 hours of pick-up may not be guaranteed.
9.2 Additional charges may apply for late changes.


10. Liability

10.1 Victory Limousines is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.
10.2 We are not liable for missed flights or appointments due to client delay, traffic conditions, or unforeseen events.
10.3 Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booking.


11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and store your personal and payment information.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

 3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY – Victory Limousines

This policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise arranged in writing.


1. Standard Cancellations

1.1 Local Transfers (non-airport)

  • More than 12 hours before pick-up: No charge

  • Less than 12 hours: 50% of quoted fare

  • Less than 2 hours: 100% of quoted fare


2. Airport Transfers

2.1 Cancellations

  • More than 12 hours: No charge

  • Less than 12 hours: 50% of fare

  • Less than 3 hours: 100% of fare

2.2 No-Show (Airport)

Full fare plus waiting time and airport parking will be charged if:

  • The passenger does not arrive

  • Incorrect flight information is supplied

  • The driver is unable to contact the passenger


3. No-Show (Non-Airport)

Full fare applies if:

  • The passenger does not appear at the designated pick-up point

  • The client cannot be contacted

  • Delay exceeds the allowed grace period


4. Delayed Flights

We track flight information where possible; however:

  • You must inform us of delays or cancellations as soon as you become aware

  • Waiting time charges may apply

  • A new booking may be required if delays exceed driver availability


5. Early Morning & After-Hours Bookings

Bookings between 10pm and 6am may require a non-refundable deposit.
Late cancellations during these hours may incur full charges.


6. Special Events & Peak Periods

During holidays, concerts, major events, or high-demand dates:

  • Different cancellation terms may apply

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours


7. Payment of Cancellation Fees

Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced directly to the client.
